在法医学实践中，混合斑检材以精阴混合斑最为常见，即精液与阴道分泌液的混合物。
Forensic sexual assault cases with mixed samples of semen and epithelial cells are very common.
对于此类检材，都必须采用差异裂解法进行精子细胞分离。
For such samples, differential digestion method must be used to separate sperm cells.
随着技术改进，结合脱氧核苷酸酶Dnase Ⅰ和改良的碱性裂解液，以及自动化液体工作站平台，即可轻松快速从含有精斑的混合液中获得精子DNA。
With the improvement of technology, sperm DNA can be easily and quickly obtained from the sample mixture by combining deoxynucleotidase Dnase I with improved alkaline lysate and automated liquid workstation platform.
