Brookfiled塑料粘度校验套装为用户提供了在无玻璃的环境下校验粘度计/流变仪所需的全部用品。包括Brookfiled 600ml塑料杯，塑料瓶装的1000ml硅油标准液（5-12，500cP），以及一个用于在恒温水浴中固定样品杯的金属盖。
Brookfiled粘度标准液是牛顿流体，有硅油和油类两大类，硅油类对温度的敏感性比油类的要低。
注意：Brookfiled建议所有的标准液应每年更换，以确保准确性。

我们可以根据用户的不同需要，配置出非标准粘度值和温度范围硅油标准液，以满足用户的绝大多数要求。
在25℃（77℉）下粘度混合液的校验范围
-zui小粘度值：5cP(mPa.S)
-zui大粘度值：60,000cP(mPa.S)
-混合液可在用户要求粘度值的 2%范围内配置
温度校验
-zui低温度值：10℃（50℉）
-zui高温度值：80℃（176℉）
-zui小温度增值：2℃
油类粘度标准液
油类粘度标准液主要用于椎板系统或Krebs转子系列仪器的校验，或者某些行业要求使用此类标准液。
精度：粘度标称值的 1%
适合在剪切率大于500sec-1的情况下使用
建议椎板粘度计所测的粘度在5000cP以上时使用
建议使用在CAP系列、KU-2粘度计以及R/S流变仪
Brookfiled油类标准液属于碳氢化合物，包括矿物油和聚乙烯。
注意：如需订购其它标准油，请致电。
Brookfiled粘度标准液的精度为标称值 1%，校验方法遵循美国国家标准和技术研究所（NIST）标准。选择一个或两个标准液基本可以满足仪器校验的需要。除了CAP的标准液是150ml（4oz)包装规格，其它所有的标准液包装规格均为1/2升（1品脱）。每个标准液都附有校验证书。
