背景 Epithelial antigen is cell surface glycoprotein and is broadly distributed in epithelial cells and displays a highly conserved expression in carcinomas. Epithelial antigen has been know to play an important role as tumor-cell marker in lymph nodes from patients with esophageal carcinoma. 应用备注 Immunohistochemistry on Formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded Sections: Use at 1/50-1/150dilution in an ABC method (30?minutes at RT). Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigenunmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer,?pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Recommended Positive Control: Kidney.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
