农村养猪面临的环保压力越来越大，全国大部分地区禁养区的养猪场在2017年必须清掉。非禁养区的养猪场将必须面对猪粪处理问题。过去农村有个谚语叫：养猪不赚钱，回头看看田。意思是猪粪作为养猪的副产物，当作肥料上地可以弥补养猪的亏损。
过去农村养猪，粪污处理最直接的办法就是将收集的猪粪撒到田里，很少经过发酵或其他无害化处理。随着农村养猪业的规模化和集约化，大量产生的猪粪必须经过无害化处理后才能资源化利用。今天猪场参谋就介绍一下猪粪处理的好氧堆肥发酵模式。.
猪粪堆肥发酵条垛
C/N比是指堆肥原料与填充料混合物的C/N比,发酵菌生长需要碳源,蛋白质合成需要氮源,而且对氮的需求量远远大于其它矿物营养成分,因此在堆肥过程中氮素的含量特别重要。而猪粪的碳氮比一般在20以下，为了使参与分解的发酵菌处于营养平衡状态,从而达到理想的分解速度,常通过添加高碳氮比的秸秆、锯末、稻壳等来调整控制堆料的初始比率。初始C/N比为20-35为最佳。

堆肥过程中发酵菌分解有机物而释放热量,这些热量使堆体温度升高。一方面，长时间的高温分解可以将虫卵、病原菌、寄生虫等杀死。另一方面，将堆体的温度控制在能保证嗜热菌新陈代谢达到最旺盛的温度范围内，可以使发酵效率最高。建议一般堆肥堆体最高温度控制在60℃左右。为使猪粪发酵均匀，要经常用翻堆设备翻抛搅拌。
猪粪发酵最佳温度60摄氏度
水分它是指堆肥原料与填充料混合后整个堆体的含水量。水分除了参与微生物的新陈代谢，还能在蒸发时带走热量,起调节堆肥温度的作用。一般猪粪堆肥发酵含水率在60%左右。
猪粪发酵翻抛调整
氧气可以维持好氧菌的繁殖及新陈代谢。缺氧状态下微生物厌氧发酵,使降解速度减缓,并产生产生恶臭,导致堆肥发酵失败。为了使猪粪堆体内部发酵彻底，要经常翻抛搅拌。

发酵后的猪粪是优质的有机肥，在农村可以卖到500元/吨以上，是农村养猪增收的一种新路子。
