  经过该猪粪处理机脱水处理后的猪粪含水率低，含水率仅为50%-65%，外观呈蓬松装，无粘性，臭味降低，手挤不出水、撒手不成团。处理后的干猪粪可以直接装袋或装着销售也可以进行发酵生产有机肥。

  猪粪处理机主要分为ZK-2型跟ZK-3型两种。“中凯”牌猪粪干湿分离机是广泛用于畜禽粪便(鸡粪、鸭粪、兔粪、猪粪、猪粪等等动物粪便)的干湿分离脱水的处理。

  首先由配套的无堵塞液下泵将猪粪水提升送至猪粪固液分离机内，再由绞龙将猪粪水逐渐推向机器的前方，同时不断提高机器前缘的压力，迫使物料中的水分在边压带滤的作用下挤出网筛，流出排水管。猪粪干湿分离机的工作是连续进行的，其猪粪水不断的提升至猪粪固液分离机体内，前缘的压力不断增大，当大到一定程度时， 就将出料口顶开并挤出挤压口，达到挤压出料的目的。

  猪粪处理机自动化水平高、操作简单、易维修、日处理量大、动力消耗低、适合连续作业。设备重量半吨左右且外形尺寸较小，能大幅度提高鸡粪、猪粪、猪粪等等畜禽粪便脱水处理的效率。该干湿分离机主要由：滤网、螺旋绞龙、螺旋叶片均采用优质304不锈钢跟合金经过特殊的工艺制造而成，具有很好的耐腐耐磨等等特点，是其他同类产品使用寿命2-3倍。
