显微测厚仪产品简介
本款显微测厚仪系统依据ASTM D 5796制造，是金属卷材上单层和多层涂料的指定测厚系统，本系统通过自带的精密打孔装置在样品上钻取微孔，显微光学系统将微孔放大至400倍通过软件一次性分别精确测量每个涂层的厚度，完全不受涂层化学性质的影响，是目前所有测厚系统中最精确的多层测厚系统。可以精确、便捷的量测干膜厚度。

显微测厚仪测试原理（系统如何实现高精度的测量）
◆Crater on the coating surface using a precise borer bit.
精密的打孔装置在样品表面一次性形成一个深度达到基材的圆润的微孔
◆A shallow hole generated by the borer bit reveals each different coating layer from the substrate to the top coating.， Through a video microscope and high -resolution monitor, magnified bored-hole can be displayed and examined; The magnified crater displays each coating layer from the substrate to the finish coating layer.

◆The thickness measurement of the coating layer is made by lining the crosslines (4 crosslines, 8 crosslines) from the beginning point to the ending point and measuring the distance between the 2 points with digital micrometer.
